My name is Antoinette Regulus, and I have several years of professional writing experience. Proofreading and editing are two of my specialties. 

I learned to proofread court transcripts through a formal program that’s based on Morson’s Guide for Court Reporters. I own and utilize this volume as well as The Gregg Reference Manual and Court Reporting: Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation. As a result, I can reliably spot grammatical, spacing, and punctuation errors in transcripts and make annotations where appropriate. I can also proof with audio using “Express Scribe” or “For the Record” software.

My aim is to make sure that your reports are clean, readable and mistake-free. Send your transcript to me in PDF form and I’ll email back only the annotated pages, or I can return the uncorrected pages, too. As a second option, I can upload completed, flattened PDF files (corrected pages only or all pages) to Dropbox with annotations clearly visible in yellow highlighting or red print. Although I don’t proofread .txt or ASCII files, you can download and use CutePDF to convert your ASCII files to PDF form at no cost. Your Microsoft Word files are also welcomed for proofing.
